Who processes your data

The controller is Otto (u osnivanju). For anything about your data, write to info@ottozna.com or call +385 91 000 0000.

What we collect when you apply

Only what is on the form, plus where you arrived from:

• name
• mobile number or email
• whether you drive Uber, Bolt or both
• whether you have Android or iPhone
• city
• the visit source and a referral code, if you came through someone else’s link

What the app collects during the founding month

Otto reads the offer already on your screen and stores the figures from it: the price, the distance to the passenger, the trip distance, the durations, its own calculation, and whether you accepted.

That is the entire reason the founding month is free. Without those figures we cannot prove Otto works.

What we never collect

• passenger names, numbers or addresses
• pickup and destination locations
• your Uber or Bolt login details
• message content, photos, contacts or anything from other apps

Our lawful basis

Form data is processed on your consent, given by the checkbox before you submit and withdrawable at any time.

Ride data is processed to perform the founding-month arrangement described in the Terms.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for the length of the founding programme and 12 months after it. Ride data is kept while we need it for measurement, at most 24 months.

If you ask us to delete it, we delete it sooner.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent.

Ask for any of it at info@ottozna.com and we answer within 30 days. If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

Who we share it with

Nobody for advertising and nobody for sale. We use technical providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase for the database, Resend for email and Vercel for serving this page.
