Who processes your data

The controller is Otto (u osnivanju). For anything about your data, write to info@ottozna.com or send a message to +385 92 463 1923.

What we collect when you apply

Only what is on the form, plus where you arrived from:

• name
• mobile number or email
• whether you drive Uber, Bolt or both
• whether you have Android or iPhone
• city
• the visit source and a referral code, if you came through someone else’s link

What the app collects

While Otto is on, it reads the screen of the Uber Driver and Bolt Driver apps. It sees no other app. Before you turn reading on, the app shows you what it reads and asks for your consent.

From the offer it stores:

• the price, and the distance and time to the passenger and of the trip
• the pickup and destination as written on the card, surge and cash payment
• its own calculation, and whether you accepted the ride

It also stores:

• which screen is open in the Uber Driver or Bolt Driver app (offer, pickup, trip, end of trip)
• your taps on the bubble and what you enter yourself, such as costs, hourly target and acceptance rate
• technical data the app needs to work: device model, Android and app version, an install identifier, crash reports without screen content, and the time you agreed to screen reading

The screen image is read on your device and deleted straight away. We do not store or send it.

For drivers in the founding month, this is why Otto is free: without these figures we cannot prove it works.

What we never collect

• passenger names or numbers
• your Uber or Bolt login details
• your device’s location (GPS)
• message content, photos, contacts or anything from other apps, except the offer and the type of screen in the Uber Driver and Bolt Driver apps

Our lawful basis

Form data is processed on your consent, given by the checkbox before you submit and withdrawable at any time.

App data is processed to perform the arrangement for using Otto described in the Terms, including the founding month.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for the length of the founding programme and 12 months after it. App data is kept while we need it for your statistics and measurement, at most 24 months.

If you ask us to delete it, we delete it sooner.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete all your data by writing to info@ottozna.com or +385 92 463 1923 from the number or email you applied with. We delete it and let you know when it is done.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent.

Ask for any of it at info@ottozna.com. If you think we have got something wrong, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

Who we share it with

Nobody for advertising and nobody for sale. We use technical providers who process data only for us and on our instructions.
